Detailed Description
Magnetic field plasma suppression for negative ion extraction.
Defines a magnetic field suppression, which is dependent on electric potential. If the electric potential at the location x is smaller than the defined potential limit, the magnetic field will be suppressed to zero. Otherwise, no magnetic field suppression will be made. This produces a hard boundary for the magnetic field suppression.
